Who we are
Custom Home builders with combined 25+ years of experience based out of the Pacific North West providing exceptional craftsmanship, customer service and home building experience.4Square homes is based on our four foundational principals of the construction process.
1. Proactive planning:
Through use of a project specific Construction Management Plan (CMP) that details how we're going to execute all phases of the project plus a detailed project schedule that's actively updated and applied.
2. Communication:
openly and consistently with weekly project recaps and forecasts for the week(s) ahead. We open up lines of communication with all members of the project team and work collaboratively to make sure we're all going in the same direction.
3. Ownership over excuses:
This stems from our firm belief that the buck stops at our door and that we bear the ultimate responsibility for the trajectory and success of the project. And lastly...
4. Trust:
We seek to build trust with our clients through consistently exceeding their expectations. Our goal is for our clients to value and seek our opinion and guidance to lead them throughout the construction process
